Thanks Ian,

I have gone to the top of the page, pushed the egistration button and got "0ops there is a problem... the registration has closed"

Don't understand where I am going wrong.

Thanks also, Tom
Hi Simon,

Your not doing anything wrong. As per my previous message, registration closed as of 23:59 last night.

Wait for Ian @Proghound to respond when he’s next online and he’ll explain what the solution is Sir.

I’m confident instating the Ian was going to play with the. Umber in the return for situations like this and for any last minute attendance.

Kind regards,

Tom

Simon, I just re-opened it for you to register. I'll close it again as soon as you do.

OK, that seems to make 14 cars in total, I'll respond for 15 just in case there is another latecomer.

A quick reminder to everyone to book your tickets in advance for best efficiency on the entrance gates, and to do it by the end of Thursday 31st March to save yourselves some money on the standard entry rate. The link is here.

Only a couple of days to go before the first A2OC convoy of the season :D

Just a final reminder to everyone if you haven't already, to buy your admission tickets for everyone in your car, in advance from the Beaulieu website (linked in the first post). Also to print off the Club identification (the PDF attachment on this post) to show in your windscreen, so the marshals know which parking area to direct us to. This is particularly important if you are not going to be joining the main convoy from Lyndhurst. You will need to be in the grounds by 10.30am in order to guarantee getting parked with the rest of the Club.

For this social, I'm bringing the A2OC flags and ground banners. No form of BBQ is allowed in the grounds so the gas burner and tables are staying at home. As is the gazebo: it's due to be dry all day so it shouldn't be needed.

I've also got the Shop with me, of course. Prices for items are exactly as advertised there, but without needing to pay postage. This makes it attractive to buy number plate surrounds in particular, but there's no room in the car for the whole box of them. So be warned, I'll only have a limited number with me. It would also be very helpful if you have the right change! Alternatively I can accept PayPal.

Looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday morning :) In case of any problems, I'll PM my mobile number to all those who registered.

Guys, I may not be able to make Sunday. Jan has had a knee replacement op, and her recovery is slower than planned. I will see how she is nearer the departure time, but doubtful. Have a great day if I don't make it.

Thank you to everyone whose company made this a great day. We ended up with 12 cars on the stand, 10 that we brought and two more who joined us later - @Benjamin_smith and @Alcamo. A further three more were in the grounds, including @RS11SMS and a friend. It was a pleasure to meet everyone, friends old and new :)

Here's some of my photos - there are more, but they need more editing to resize them than I have time for at the moment. In particular I enjoyed seeing @JM_A2's parents' Brilliant Blue one (a first for me) and the interiors of @Kleynie's daughter's one (bespoke leather like Adam's) and Steve @Cenick's new Mauritius '90 (blue Sport leather, another first). Hope everyone got home safe & sound :)
