1.4 bby engine swap

Hey guys with my 1.4 bby engine hitting the 215k am currently in the process of a rebuilding a better and faster engine to drop in the next few months, iv got a bcb bottom end which is a 1.6, iv got aub head to go on there with a 4-2-1 toyo manifold decat and 3 inch exhaust system, with polo 6n2 throttle body and bigger fuel pressure to and aub ecu am hoping that will give around 140bhp mark!


I will be documenting this so others have an idea of what to do incase they want to do this conversion ill be doing 90% of the work so wish me luck haha

I would post pics but files are too big!! Ill sort that out soonish for you guys
