1.4 petrol low torque pedal response

I will add that now when I also had a chance to drive our second A2, an 2001 AUA also known as SHE, the torque on off phenomena mentioned in my first post is present also on this car.
Our 2007 1.2 Fabia is in contrast a dream in this perspective, very smooth.

Perhaps the sensor is dirty or something like that?

I'm not really sure tought the gas pedal is not wired but is a sensor based one, and if I recall right someone mentioned the sensor can get dirty and cause delay issues. Im sure someone here knows which part is that, unfortunately I can't help about that.
