Howdo.

Who's that then? Very nice looking black A2 Sport, with an S2 badge (I've been tempted, believe me) and a personalised plate that would have been good to remember :)

Spotted in West Wickham High Street (A232), Kent, 1500hrs ish, on 25th March 08. Not seen you round these roads before.

Hmmm... I didn't hear him coming, and I didn't experience any kind of hearing loss after he'd passed me, so if it was him, he was being very discreet ;)

Actually, yes, the number plate and membername looked awfully similar. Think there might have been a 4 in there somewhere, but if that's not our man, its an awfully good impression.

Kudos to Mike for recognising him, and extreme envy at Erskine for a car that looks as good on the outside as it must sound on the inside.

I have seen that A2 before as well - reasonably certain it is not anyone on here.

I should really try and keep an eye out for you, arallsopp, each time my wife makes me drive her to Bromley for shopping...:(

We could have done a shop swap mate :)

We're all of half a mile from Bromley here, and yet my wife sends me over to your neck of the woods to do our shopping:)

Personally, I'm terrified of that Tescos Extra at Purley. A Tescos with an upstairs? For the love of all things sane... Do I need that many choices of detergent?

Sad to say that WAS my car and I am still fighting with the finance company about its unlawful removal from my possession.. me is not happy at all.. and the FOS are dragging their heels over the investigation..

Well the war is almost over..

The Financial Service Obudsman have upheld my complaint and Lloyds Black Horse are not happy..

There is still some work to be done and I am now looking at pursuing a criminal and cival action against Black Horse.. still need to take some more legal advice.. but this is not going down well with the finance company.. I still say that they unlawfully removed my car while trying to uphold an unenforceable and fraudulently contrived credit contract/agreement with myself.. I now have to wait to see their response to the FSO decision as they are allowed to contest it..

My fingers are firmly crossed for you Erskine - you may not get the MaxMobile back, but I hope you get a win and what you want.

Cheers

Mike

Thanks Mike.. I am on the case and have now got a legal firm that specialise in matters like this.. will keep the forum posted..
