17" wheels

hi i am going to buy a set of 17" wheels , because i have read that this is a more wiser option that 18", are there any 17" wheels sizes that will not fit or will most width fit , and will 35 or 40s be ok, please could someone post the wheel and tyre sizes that will fit.

Hi 04 Speed

As Skipton says, there is masses of info on 17" wheels in the archives. To check, just click on 'search' in the toolbar and type in the appropiate words - example 17" wheels. With a bit of trial and error (eg. also try wide wheels or wheel offset etc) you can ususally find something of interest.
