Ive seen a set of 19" alloys for sale , they where originally on a vw golf. The tyre width is 215 (8J) and 35 profile , Offset 35mm. Will these wheels fit my A2 and what modifications would I have to do to make it okay.
If you want to keep the bodywork standard I think it's unlikely that you could fit 8J x 19" wheels. There would also be a big increase in the tyre rolling radius which would affect the gearing / speedo reading. See link attached http://www.a2oc.net/forum/showthread.php?t=4043&highlight=wide+wheels
