3 going clockwise on the M25

Spotted 3 A2s going Clockwise on the M25 roughly between Gatwick and the M3 this morning around 8.30am - there was a big accident and you would have ended up stuck in a big traffic jam. Two silver and one black one. Unfortunately the black one was parked up on the Hard Shoulder with a Recovery/Roadside Assistance Van about to park up behind - anyone here?

I was headed anti-clockwise in the A2 with Xenons on, did anyone spot me back?!
 
was this in january? if so the black one was mine - the clutch went :mad:

seems a coincidence if not - roughly in the same spot.
 
Same circumstances - suppose theer are plenty of accidents around the m25.

I was just slowing down, and changing down - couldn't get the thing into gear.
Also foolishly thought I had full AA cover with my Natwest Gold account.

I ended up getting towed to a service station, got a few quotes from local garages from the AA - worked out cheaper upgrading to AA Relay and getting towed home (£252!) and then £400 for the clutch.

Stupid thing is that I was in my wifes audi, driving my sister in law to gatwick - my car was due to have its cam belt done the day after, so I didn't want to jinx it!

Costly favour.
