I've not been an Audi A2 owner for long.. but I just wanted to extend a big THANK YOU to everyone who replies to my posts and general questions for help and assistance.

Its so refreshing to find that someone similar may have experienced a similar issue and may already have a solution or remedy.

This place ROCKS.. \\o//

Thank you all .. much appreicated..

The advice here is excellent and truly appreciated!
It is great to see such dedication to the A2.

... What's a Komfortblinker

It's a tweak to the way that the indicators work ... if you move the stalk slightly to indicate (not all the way to the next position), normally it will cancel itself as soon as you release the stalk. The Komfortblinker keeps the indicator on for a few seconds instead.

I don't have one myself so I cannot guarantee that I have got it right...

We are the carlsburg of owners clubs:) but must agree that as a whole it's a very friendly helpfull club.

Mike you are pretty much right. With the komfortblinker a light press of the control stalk will give you 3 flashes for changing lanes ect.

Cheers

David

Ha ha I#ve got one of those. Should have realised. It's not on the A2 though but on my TT. It's a liability sometimes. I sometimes catch the stalk by accident and then realise what I've done so try to drag it back the opposite way. The guy behind me gets three left flashes and then three right. He must think I'm a right idiot. Perhaps he' right.:D
