The screenshots bear out your comment, the sum of the two negative values on cylinders 1 & 2 nearly cancel out the value on cylinder 3 in both screenshots.

Another video above. That was starting from cold but when it's 20 degrees outside.
Wish I could read the injectors values. I think it's miss firing when the knocking starts so could be an injector.
 
That engine is low milage.
See A2Steve comment re injector as your maybe go to.
However, VCDS must be your first point of work.
Diagnosis instead of parts cannoning.
We have a TDi engine stripped down....just in case you need any obtuse part...

The connections in the wiring plugs to the injectors get splade open and create a higher resistance, worth trying to tighten the connectors or replace the loom.
I am just about to do the same on my grey car as that has a very high reading on no. 2.
Previously done the same on my black one which had flagged an injector fault and barely drove
 
Those quantities are looking bad to me,.and im no expert, so i would be looking at taking injectors out, replace check loom and fitting reset injectors.
 
Morning all. So took the rocker cover off to day and found number 3 injector holding bolt missing and the clamp rattling around.
Has anyone seen this before where could the bolt of gone?
 
I have heard of this usually caused by the bolt being reused at some point, usually the rattling of the injector wrecked the head, hopefully not thou
