A2 2001 clutch master cylinder

Hi guys,

having an absolute nightmare with this!
So I know I need to take the pedals out in order to access. However, these are blocked by the frame that supports the steering shaft. Not sure how to get these pedals out correctly ? also got the connection to the brake servo blocking the way. Can anyone help me with maybe some photos? Tia
 
This is of course the back of the slave cylinder (have now got pipes removed). But there’s a long plastic tube making accessing the bolts very hard! ?

Unfortunately mine is slightly different - the pedal box is an entire thing - you cannot take the clutch off separately and you cannot access the back-side of the bolts for the master cylinder ?

In your last picture there appears to be 2 grub screws in the cross shaft joining the pedals. Can you remove those to see if the pedal then comes off the shaft?

Edited as I suspect the clutch pedal not mounted on this shaft.

I’ll try this tomorrow! As they all seem to be joined together which is very difficult to get out ?

do you mean underneath the black cross piece?
 
Had another look and suspect the clutch is mounted further left. Photo is a bit of an illusion. So do not remove those 2 grub screws.
