No they are from Certificate of European Conformity: Here are road test results from German Mag Gute Farht:
top speed: 168km/h / 104 mph
0-60mph 14.2 secs
50mph to 75mph: 12.5 secs
40 to 60mph: 11.9 (4th)/ 18.5 (5th)
Test consumption: 78 mpg (max 104mpg, min 62mpg)
