A2 prices

I've just brought a new 1.4 petrol SE in dolphin grey in a private sale. Seems a really nice example, no added extra's as such but does have climate control. I can't decide whther or not I've got a bit of a bargain or not as the prices listed in parkers and glasses seem to be completly different to the actual prices people seem to sell them for which always seem much higher. I paid £6800 for an 05 plate that's done 30,000 miles. This seems to roughly correlate to the motoring guides, but then if you look at the net or the papers A2's seems to be much higher priced? Do the car's actually sell for these higher values?

Finally, very happy with the car so far, especially paying £37 to fill it up with petrol for the first time and then getting over 200 miles out of the first half of the tank!

what i really want to know is how to get 200 miles from half a tank
mine does approx 300 on a full tank, though it's mainly around town driving

your car sounds a nice one at a fair price.

The first half of the petrol gauge actually equates to more than half a tank - you'll probably get a little over 100 miles from the remainder.
