A2 Storm in the flesh

Saw a yellow A2 Storm tonight at the Royal Norfolk Show. Nice looker. The colour does it justice, but the alloys were a bit naff-want some nice 5 spokers!. Interior was actually OK with a big yellow strip down the centre of the seats.

I've emailed Stuart the pictures so maybe they'll be on the site soon.

Is that the only thing what change, the color? or modifided somthing in the intirior?

I don't think anything technical changed-just some black detailing on the outside and new choices of interior colour/fabric design.

I did really like the yellow one I saw-a lot better than in the pictures!.

Not sure about those seats at all i just wonder if it will turn out to be like a golf Colour Concept a great idea up front but once you`ve bought it you can`t sell it?

Do we know is it is the same price?

In Holland the Colour.storm upholstery is sold seperatly. The exterior colours can be ordered without the Colour.storm cloth.

It`s fun to look at, but is it after a couple of months [?]

There is a yellow storm in the showroom at Whitehouse in Dartford the storm package is listed as a £540+vat Option.

To me the roof looks and feels like it is an unprepared panel
the one at whitehous has got £1200 worth of polished wheels on it aswell.

After a brief interview the local dealer said that the Colour.storm can be ordered with any engine from the A2 range, the coloured seats are extra cost as are the 17" sport wheels.

I saw a nice blue one at the dealer today. I thought it was plain blue but it turns out to be a metallic blue.
Very sophisticated !

I'll take some pictures of the blue one next week.

Also saw (and sat in) the new A3, very nice car !
