OK, very happy to report, that i finally got in touch with workshop, Spoke with the boss, and he apologies for delay, us he is fully busy in this days before Christmas and NewYear. However, he said to prepare quotation in next two weeks.
When speaking about technicalities of the badge, he suggested not to print the badge (due to the two thicknesses) but to cast it in a mold. Material aluminum. It will be corrosion resistant, lightweight and easy to cast. At the same time, our car is also made of aluminum, so an aluminum badge would be very appropriate. Let me know what you think.
Now about the quantity. It would be desirable to know at least the approximate number of badges we need. Let me repeat that once the tool/mould is made, it is possible to order badges later, even in smaller quantities (100 - 200 pieces).
For now, I said to make an offer for the quantity of 500 and 1000 pieces.
I would need three badges (maybe four), I don't know how many others need. Two for the door, one at the back and one at the front (where the inspection hatch is). Of course, the quantity also affects the final production price, so I told him to make an offer for two quantities (500 and 1000), so we can see the difference. So, let's try to determine the number of badges we need by the end of the year.
In addition, someone let me know, what font is used for the letters in A2oc logo.
Cheers, Andrej
p.s. I've always wanted to put S-line badges on my car, because they kind of spice up the look of the car. However, my car is not s-line, and I thought it was inappropriate. When I saw the A2oc badge (which looks a lot like the s-line) I immediately wanted it.
