Advertising of members’ services - terms and conditions

The member services area of the forum has been created to enable members with at least 12 months subscription to the forum to promote any Audi A2 services they offer, subject to the conditions below.
  • Only one member services thread is permitted per member.
  • Advertised services may include, but are not limited to, diagnostic scans, retrofitting services, parts supply (subject to A2OCs ethical marketplace rules), key coding, valet and detailing.
  • Member service threads may contain reviews and member enquiries, but such enquiries should not circumvent the marketplace and wanted sections of the forum.
  • No sale items* are to be promoted in the member services threads, such items must be confined to the marketplace section. *Includes cars, parts and accessories.
  • The A2OC does not support the advertising of members engine remapping services due to previous allegations of copyright infringement. Members must not advertise these services nor promote the services of other members on the forum.
  • The A2OC does not accept responsibility for advertised member services or the accuracy of information therein.
  • The A2OC cannot accept any liability for any losses or damages incurred from the use of advertised member services. If any member considers they have been a victim of illegal activity, please report this to the A2OC Admin Team.
  • The A2OC will cooperate with the police and trading standards if an advertiser of member services is suspected to have advertised/is advertising a service illegally or has/is in contravention of the Sale of Goods Act.
  • The A2OC reserves the right to disclose details of advertisers of member services to the police and trading standards for the purposes of preventing and detecting crime.
  • The A2OC reserves the right to periodically review and update the member services terms and conditions.
  • Members without 12 months subscription to the forum may contact the A2OC Admin Team to discuss the services they are able to offer. The A2OC reserves the right to exercise discretionary allowances regarding this aspect of the terms and conditions.
