After my eventful journey back from picking up Pink Panzer and having the windscreen replaced I haven't been happy with the wiper (previous owner replaced it last July).
It tends to smear on the passenger side and in yesterday's heavy rain I noticed a gap on the blade that wasn't clearing the screen properly, in exactly the same place as the stone hit.
Had a look on ebay last night and found someone selling a blade for £20 & £7 P&P. Popped into the stealer today and picked one up for £14 or so plus VAT.
Must be the first time that a stealer is so much cheaper than anywhere.
Cue lots of stories about how much cheaper you got a wiper (please post their details!).
I'm getting to know the parts guy having been in a few times over the last few weeks and his comment today was that he wan't surprised that I went to England to get an A2 as they have very few come through 2nd hand as those that have them tend to keep them and they love them to bits.
