Yep!
100 miles done... a lot more to go!

Today i've picked my Altea and drove it for 100 miles. (I've just arrived home!)

Not the smoothest car I've ever ride, but still more confortable than the A2.

The SportUp options stiffens a little bit more the suspension creating moments of joy on some (almost inexistent) road bumps!
Still, in curbes you will enjoy this charateristic..... although the 1450kg creates a lot of mass movement!!! (Hello ESP!)

Sorry for this small report. I will write a little more about it later.

Let me post some pictures for you.

C U soon.
Cheers,
A2day

Curvy little fellow, isn't it? ;) Well chosen color too. I've seen a few black Altea's around here, but they loose their lines in that way...
Nice interior, I must say!

Is it really nearly 1500kg? Wow. But then again, that engine doesn't care - it just keeps going, is my guess.

Indeed, I'd love to hear some more about the Altea when you've done more miles. Hope you enjoy it!

Cheers,

Edo

Nice photos! Looks a lovely motor. Does any of the audio systems have a bluetooth option? I was reading the Seat Toledo press release and it features bluetooth with wheel mounted buttons to call/hang up and phonebook. Cool!

Hi runboy.

No i believe not. I did not come across any radio option beside the sattelite navigation one.
This one has on steering wheel buttons only to control the radio.

Sting in the cd player - it's not something to be proud of, y'know!

Seriously, very nice looking car, if only it was lighter and more fuel efficient, I think I would have gone for one over the new A2. Still, better the devil you know.[}:)]
