Anyone here own a Mk2 Golf gti?

I have a 91 1.8 8v BB MK2 moredoor Golf. Had it over 26 years. It was 5 years old with 59K when I bought it. It isn't immaculate but it's fun. Looks OK from 20' 😉. Mine has estoril alloys which I think are the most practical style, simple and easy to clean.

I would be very happy to have that. Your car looks great clean, nice and original. 👍 They are 32+ years old!
My Golf has had a New front end (the original VW parts that were on the car, were beyond repair) with pattern wings and bumper, 2nd hand VW bonnet with a very good colour match (metallic black)
Agree about the wheels. From experience of having the 15" BBS RZ wheels on my old corrado G60 they are very awkward to clean properly.
Don't have that issue on the bigger 17" BBS RX i have on the A2 super easy to clean and can get inside the wheel without removing.
