AT Group order, August is open. Cut off date August 10th

Good afternoon and I'm back from northern Poland and survived Berlin, so its time for another group order. I know there have been requests already so let's do this once again. Offers of UK distro much appreciated.

CUT OFF DATE August 10th. I order on the 11th then everything should be with me after my following weeks work in Davos/Arosa/Lenzerheide.

Please read all of this if you would like something and for those old hands, welcome back, for first - timers, welcome aboard!

How it works if you are new to this:

I compile a spreadsheet with a member handle, part numbers and email address then I order using PayPal 30 days free credit. I receive the order, check it and return if needed. Then I arrange to forward to the UK using DHL and effectively you own the item as a return/refund from the UK would be a nightmare. After I forward the items please reimburse me via PP friends and family as I don't want to pay fees on this. If all goes well, I clear the PP 30 days early and everyone is happy.

What to do now if you want something.

If you can see the part then it can be ordered. Small items work best but cubby boxes have been posted before. Tell me what you want from Audi Tradition, exactly, including part numbers. Just asking " I'd like a cable please" doesn't help me...

Paint, primer etc etc.

Mail me direct please to [email protected] with AT August in the subject. That way all requests come to one place and I don't need to search through threads for requests. So:
Subject: AT August
Include AT part numbers / Volico paint colours and your A2OC forum name.
Cut off date is August 10th.

Ok, all in and group buy is closed.

€1295 and 53 items.... its not the biggest to date but its pretty big.

Once again, many thanks to @simufly and @Oskar who have offered to distribute in the UK. Once I have made the split then I'll forward a spreadsheet of who wants what for you. This really is a job of work soI can't thank them enough.

What happens now? ...drink tea, eat biscuits, slip into those elastic waisted beige crimplene slacks, kick back and relax. Do't move about too much as those slacks are a real fire hazard caused by static electricity...careful now!

I am away with work (https://www.epic-series.com/swissepic-event) for the week and then the week after, the items should arrive, then forwarded. Once they are on the way to the UK then thats the point I need to be reimbursed and you own the items.

Thats it!

Sorting out...

Ok a heads-up for the next order (and we knew this before ordering so no surprises here)

Anything over 1.2m is cripplingly expensive to post to the UK. a 4.7kg parcel costs €20 almost everywhere in Europe and changes to €60 to the UK or up to €210 using FedX or TNT/ UPS. So a €30 plastic scuttle gets very very expensive quickly.

As mentioned before, small switches and similar work best. Even Cubby boxes are better as I can put stuff inside

@scimmyowner , @Oskar please be patient I have the items here in Germany.
@simufly , one box already OTW and another with side trims to follow.

Again, I'll just acknowledge how much help @simufly is providing here with onward distro. It's a labour of love doing this so a massive thank you is in order.

Will you start a new thread for the next order Rick or should we queue up here?
Cool your jets, Turbo!

Mails just gone out for this re reimbursement and I would like to close this before opening the next one. I know you have items on your list to order but I need to keep my financial house in order or it gets messy and I run the risk of being an involuntary Audi A2OC charity!

Finalised the date to come across to the UK. Weekend of Dec 16th for my mums birthday.
Oportunity for long/awkward heavy items in the car.

I'll open a group buy in good time.... but there will be another offer for small items before that and I'll post that here too.

Glad to report that the two parcels have now arrived here!
For those that have items on this shipment, can you please contact me by PM with your name and user name together with your address and preferred means of onward delivery.
If you go for Royal Mail tracked 24/48 I will need your mobile and email address too.
If you have already been in contact with me by email, then I will get to work getting your item(s) off to you.
Simon
