That is not a throttle body issue, it is an electrical problem. What does a full scan of all controllers show? I'd not be surprised if there's a Terminal 30 reference some where.

There's nothing there that, imo, correlates with the flashing dash lights and I'm surprised at that. I still don't think the dash symptoms are related to the throttle body. The throttle body setting will not, I think, run successfully until the manifold pressure problem is fixed.
In the dash problem, all I can suggest is to check all connectors to the instrument cluster, and the battery condition.
Sorry not to be more helpful, I expected more from the scan.

Could this reaper because of a bad battery. I know that when I had to tow the car to a repair shop, we used the warning signals on the car, and after 7 km the battery was empty. So I know that the battery may not be the best.

Bad battery causes all sorts of issues. If you suspect the battery is bad then replace it anyway.
