Not a direct fit due to the A2 having 5x100 fitment but you can use adapters if the offset of the wheel will allow clearance still. But saying that I would rather not run adapters myself.
What tyre size were you planning to fit? 225/35R18?
You might find that the rubbing is so bad, that the wheels will be jammed solid and won't turn round at all, even if you did manage to fit them with 5/112 to 5/100 wheel adaptors.
