Audi Wheel Center Caps Replacement

Hello everyone. My Audi A2 hasn't got the Wheel Center Caps on the back. Currently the are like this

The wheel which still have the caps look like this

I would like to buy the caps and put them on the missing wheels. Are the caps dificult to install? Do i need some specific tool?
Also i have found online the center caps and the diâmeter is 60 mm. Will they fit on my wheels?

I found that the centre caps for the 16" 6 spoke wheels are hard to find - unless you want to pay £35 each for new ones, and even then there are only a handful left in the country.
 
You can buy them from an Audi dealer if your pockets are deep enough or on ebay for a lot less if they aren't ?

Crewe Audi who assist members/sell parts through the forum recently posted they had some available but at £42 each or £168 for the set of 4 ?
 
These caps only last about 24 months before UK road salt destroys the bright alloy outer edges. Good refurbed ones are the sensible option.

As you can see in the chart below, the OEM part number for these hub caps is 8Z0601165F

8Z0601165F is the same OEM part number as 8Z0601165F Z17 as Z17 is simply the associated colour code. The Z17 colour code is "avus silver".

I suspect that the OEM part number of your 6Jx16 ET35 5/100 alloy rim is 8Z0601025B. 8Z0601025H looks almost the same as 8Z0601025B but there are minor differences.

@depronman once had a fabulous refurbishment service, using a lathe and his bespoke tooling, but at the time he received very little take up. With 16” centres almost unavailable from Audi, may be we can persuade him to reconsider and restart his invaluable centre cap refurbishment service…!? :)
