The latest AutoExpress has a feature on a wide variety of used cars at a wide variety of prices. Including the A2, which they reckon is that the bottom of the depreciation curve.

Interesting that they recommend a petrol over a diesel on the basis that there’s less to go wrong.

There are those who would suggest that the 1.4 petrol engines are the most robust but perhaps not as capable when it comes to the longevity on higher mileage.

From my own experience the petrols are ever simple engines to keep going but the diesels are much cheaper to run!
