best place to buy tires?

i'm a Yank living in london and we need to get new tires, oops! TYRES put on our A2...

i read a while back about there being some weird size of tyre on the A2 and was therefore hard to find?

we are in south london, Croydon if anybody can recommend a decent tyre place...

Not sure what tyre size you are after, But Wheelbase on 0161 6280000 just sorted me out with some TOYO T1S Proxes 205/40/17 and they delivered to me in suffolk, on a next day service (speak to Damien)

As you have an A2 SE, the tyres are probably 185/50/16. This in itself is a strange size, plus quite a lot A2 SE's were delivered with Michelin Primacy rubber which makes the job of finding an exact replacement very difficult.
I've had 2 punctures & had to go to a garage in the Elephant & Castle to get a replacement once.
If you're replacing both tyres, I'd possibly look into alternative makes which are easier to get hold of. And make sure they have the tyres available if they say they've got them!!!
