Big rims thread

not being funny but 19's got to be a look thing only as i cant imagine the accelaration being very good with such big wheels and small engine
 
Thing is the standard 75PS A2 TDi is pretty quick at accelerating and if you chip it, it gets silly. So I reckon the 1.4 TDi could take higher gearing which equals better fuel consumption at motorway speeds. Bigger circumference wheels is the cheapest way of altering the final drive ratio...wonder just how big you can go lol - and imagine the size of discs/calipers you could fit into 19" LMAO
