Ok
Iv bought the b4s all round, still not sure what springs yet. Looking to lower 30 mm all round , while maintaining ride quality. Any recommendations out there. Also must have even ride height all round.

You'll face issues with getting a level car with almost all of the aftermarket lowering springs. In most cases they are generic ones for the Fabia 6Y and Polo 9N as well. Your best bet is to get a set of Eibach sport springs. They tend to be level and have decent ride quality. They are available on autodoc.

If you lower the car by 30 mm via lowering springs, you will loose 30 mm of suspension travel. The ride will be different (probably worse, certainly less comfy) , as the wheel's ability to "absorb" bumps will be reduced, maybe by 15 - 20%.
Mac.

Hi everyone, my car has the Fabia Eibach springs (E7910-140). With the Bilstein B4 shocks its probably the most comfortable lowered set up I've used. It only lowers the A2 by 10 to 15mm because of the weight difference between the Fabia and the A2 but that suits me fine. Hope this is of use.

No it's a tdi but they are compatible with all A2s. My brother has got my old 1.4 petrol and he wants them fitted on that next.
