No the towline anchor is under the wheel bolt box spanner. I’ve never seen it but I imagine it is a hoop with a thread that screws into something at the front of the car. Can take a look tomorrow.
The disc in the towbar slot is a German to UK tow socket adaptor.

For your information the towing eye screws in in the O/S fog light area. I have a sport with no fog lights and to gain acces to the anchor point you simply pop out the blanking plate where the fog lights could go. I imagine it is similiar for a car with fog lights.

There is also an anchor point at the rear behind the round pop out in the bumper.

I would assume you see the wrong side of 60C. Depends a little on the ambient... I would definitively organise some form of forced ventilation.

Here are three pictures of the various boot foam trims...

Early type without the nav CD player or tow bar storage.

Later type that became standard. Has tow bar storage although not pictured. The gloves are covering the nav cd location.

And lastly the Bose variant. The tools in this case, except for the jack are located under the right front flooring..

10mm definitely as it fits the battery terminals & possibly the engine cover on the diesels off the top of my head,
Probably all there fit for!!

13mm also for the battery retaining clamp bolts. Certainly looks like the one I remember coming with the car, but mine is outside buried under the drivers' floor (BOSE toolkit position). I'll dig it out if I get a chance

I removed my toolkit box this morning and to my surprise it is the R variant.

That leaves the G variant unaccounted for. I have found a picture of G on Audi tradition and it a wierd rectangular, looks closed, box. Does anybody know anything about this toolbox?
