Brake Master Cylinder Help!!!

The brake pedal feel is quite poor, its sinks and doesnt quite feel like air to me.
I have bled it using the sealey auto bleeder and I kept the pressure under 20psi. I am satisfied that there is no air left in the system but the pedal feel is still sinking.

Tomorrow I will have a go at using VCDS to activate the ABS unit and see if the issue is air in there (I suspect it isnt air but lets eliminate the cheap fixes first)!

If the master cylinder seals are passing fluid and I need to replace or rebuild the M/C can anyone help sourcing parts or have any VAG NOS?
I have searched the parts catalogue and the part listed for my car is 8Z2 614 019B, the earlier cars use 8Z1 614 019 and 8Z1 614 019A, these earlier master cylinder seems to be more easily available.

Can anyone tell me if the parts are interchangeable?
I have found an eBay master cylinder which is a no-name (I assume reconditioned one), I would prefer one with better provenance.

Can anyone help?
I have tried TPS, ECP and a couple of my local motor factors.

ATE are the OE supplier so you may be able to source one from their stockist
Their web catalogue lists this part -

And for reference the catalogue page showing all the options -
