Broken front spring

Hi all does anyone have any advice on good heavy duty coil springs and shockers for my 1.4tdi se.I have a broken nsf spring on the missus car, looks like its been gone for a while possibly damaged the shocker as well.I stay in a rural area where the roads are better suited to tanks and tractors.So I thought of putting heavy duty suspension to see if that helps.Looking for any hints or tips Cheers Davy
 
Koni FSD shocks are the most popular upgrade. In Europe standard length better quality springs are available from Spidan but no one in the UK stocks them.
Do searches on FSD and Spidan for more info.
