Broken? lining to the diesel filler

Hi,

I possibly have a strange problem here.
There seems to be an air gap between the black plastic trim piece and the plastic fuel filler pipe on my car.
I am not really sure what has happened but it looks like the fuel pipe has gone back by around 1/2 inch and when filling the tank did not click to show it was full and I had put in more fuel than there is space to.

I will send a photo tomorrow but wonder if anyone else had encountered this before.

Is the black plastic lining avalaible as I did not find it in the catalogue. It is not so easy to discribe without an image but there seems to be a physical gap where prevously the black plastic piece is under and around the filler metal.

I have maybe found it... It looks like part 8Z0809905A is damaged. Can this be changed an remated to the fuel pipe easily?

The lining "funnel" behind the filler flap is rubber, it shoyld be possible to pop it back in place without dismantling anything.
At worst, remove the torx screw by the locking pin, then the funnel can be popped out and refitted correctly.

The funnel has a rip on the left hand side 10 o'clock position.
Is the funnel avalaible as its own part?
The metal ring the fuel pump gun goes into seems to be quite a way from the plastic filler pipe.
Should the void in between be entirely covered by the rubber funnel or has some other part come out.
The diagrams in ETKA are not so detailed of the filler cap and pipework behind.
