Camshaft cap bolts

Rebuilding my 2004 90tdi project that broke the timing belt. I have renewed the shells in the camshaft although only the bottom shells were worn but the bolts are supposed to be single use stretch bolts. Anyone know where I can get them from as the dealers want £3 each.

How much will it cost you to redo the engine if the cheap ones fail?
I got mine from tps genuine parts & fair prices.

Finally putting my engine back together but I can’t find any information about timing the injectors. Presumably there is a measurement for the cam on top of the engine.
Any ideas.

On the AMF engine it is measured with a dial test indicator (dti) it may be a similar procedure, have you fitted new caps for the bolts to sit in on the injectors?

It’s the 90 Atl engine. That’s the procedure I’m trying to find out about. There are adjusters for the injectors so there must be a setting up procedure and figure to be set at.

Putting my engine back together but I broke number 15 in this picture. Anyone have one for sale. Thanks
