Can't select 2nd gear and reverse

Hi,

I've just changed my thermostat housing on my audi a2 1.6fsi, after locking the gear in place. But I didn't do the reverse of the initial locking bit. Now I've got no 2nd and reverse gear.

Need help on How to reset it back to its initial gear change.
