Car stuttering while accelerating & driving

Well just to keep you updated it I replaced the pedal & fuel filter but no joy. I phoned my local Audi/VW specialist, he said he’s had this before on an A2 and it turned out to be the CCCU, I had this swapped a few years back by ‘Sir Tom’ and is the AF unit but suppose it could be this part at fault

As far as I know the CCCU has no role in engine function. Between you and the VW specialist I suspect communication confusion between CCCU and ECU.

Ok so hopefully final update, bit the bullet and took the drive up to see the lads at WOM. A small 1mm wire in the MAF loom had been worn through and was touching a metal part in the engine bay. Car has driven great since the repair to that so I’m hoping that was the problem
