Change/grease gearbox selector shaft

I want to grease/check/service my gearselector shaft. My gearbox is quiet stiff. Had it in for adjusting the cables. But they didnt to it because they where "ok".

Anyone who have done it and can give me some advice?

Maybe i should replace it with a new one?

You can get an addative to add to the Gearbox oil.

Yeah, i read about that one...but there is no information about how difficult the job was

If its straight forward i can do it my self...but if its "dangerouse" ref. to the gearbox i dont want to do it. I checked elsawin but i cant find any good info there..
