Changing The Time

i have have question on changing the time on the LCD not on the left hand side thats fine time and date all set, but there is another clock in the LCD Screen and its doing my head in to change, i can clear it by pressing the button on the wiper stalk that beneath but can i find a way to set it..Nooooooooooooooo

any help be good

The one in the center LCD is elapsed driving time. As such it is not a clock and can't be set only reset to zero. More info here.
