any suggestions on cheap tyre places in north hertfordshire/luton area? they need to be runflat preferably

Check out this web site - www.mytyres.co.uk
They will know if runflats are available in A2 sizes, supply via mail order and will probably have an approved fitting centre near you. Last time I checked, the nearest size available was the Goodyear 195/55/16 as used on the new mini.
