Chorus volume problem

Chip replaced, radio works perfect :). We still have 10 degrees Celsius, so I will wait for lower temperatures, but the old chip was making problems also at these temperatures. So I can highly recommend the link above and the company that sells it. Communication and shipping are perfect.

Though, just a precaution: the replacement was not so easy as I though (10 minutes max). I had it done by man who knows electronics very well and it took us 1,5 hour, because we had to dissassemble the radio to have enough space around the chip. But true, he is perfectionist, and he worked slowly and carefully. Hope this means that for next 10 years there will be no volume problem :).

That's good news! As the temperature drops, my volume knob is showing the issue again. But I'll need to find someone nearby to do the job if I bought the chip, otherwise I'll have to bite the bullet and pay £90 to have it fixed.

You just need someone who has professional or semi-professional equipment for electronics. And he should do the job. I got one through web forum, maybe you could try with this too.
