Hi,

Any tips\products out there for a strong clean up of twist plastics and carpet and also plastic jive parts?

I normally use Autoglym vinyl and rubber care on my twist/ jive panels. The trick is to use a good detailing brush in order to agitate and lift the dirt. A shoe brush does wonders!
Vanish gold carpet cleaner has proven to be very good on my beige carpet.
 
Have you tried washing machine liquid diluted in warm water?
I suggest checking on an inconspicuous area first. Also make sure it isn't too strong a mix and wear gloves.
Use an absorbing cloth to apply/remove.

edit. My bad...skim reading again. Will work on the carpet/fabric!

Try Koch chemi products for interior, for carpets get screw fix no nonsense carpet cleaner, use a pump sprayer or fine mist sprayer and then attach a brush bit to drill and agitate the carpet and use wet n dry vacuum to suck up.
 
I used carpet cleaner on any fabric interior surface. It's cheap smells nice and works really well.
