Clip on top of steering rack?

Hi, Can anyone help me identify this broken clip that sits on top of a saddle clamp on the steering rack? The end that is out of sight holds and spaces two metal pipes. I would like to replace it, but without knowing what it is I don’t know what to look for. Thanks

Can you not just glue the ends back together with a suitable glue?
