Colour Storm Matt Black Finish?

Does anyone know what the paint reference is for the matt black arches etc on the colour storms, as I have a few minor blemishes and wanted to touch up / redo etc

It's L1P9 according to my service sticker. The Imola Yellow is LY1C.
