Connects2 fitting...?

You could buy a 6 way mini iso shell and pins on ebay, remove the wires from the original iso, and transfer them to the new 6 way. Bit of a faff though. Getting the correct kit seems easier, and safer!

Will be sending the connects2 back for a refund as it is simply rubbish!
Have ordered an anycar one instead! Looks a lot simpler and less wires!!

I’ve had a Connects2 for 3 years, it’s been moved between 3 cars and I’ve never had a single problem with it. Takes 10 minutes to fit.
Perhaps you had a faulty one?
 
Removed that awful connects2 kit as purchased an anycar kit and have to say what a difference!!
The anycar unit is so much more quality than the connects rubbish.

zero interference and the sound has literally blown me away!! (Have to take the bass into minuses now)
Actually came with correct instructions but was a doddle to fit!!

wish I’d gone with this one in the first place
 
Congratulations. Could you maybe send a note or link for the kit you bought.

I have a connects2 and remember some confusion about a third block to make up the full top line of the connector but it was about 6 years ago so I forget.
