I replaced a front strut today. The old one was severely corroded. I was surprised that the one I replaced had a date stamp of December 2017. Corrosion was first noted on this offending article at the MOT test on 29th June 2021. So it was only three and a half years old when corrosion was a concern. I wonder if anyone can identify the manufacturer from the photos? I've replaced it with a Monroe.
