DIY paint job

Hi all.

I had a small incident back in early February as I skidded on the ice. The damage was minor only the wheel arches and bumpers got smashed fortunately. As I been able to get the parts just wanted to paint it myself (ebony black LZ9W)
My questions are the following:
Where should I get the paint from?
What primer should I use?
Do I have to wet sand the wing and the rear wheel arch first?
What protective coat should I use?

Thank you in advance.

Personally as that is quite a large area needing painting I would speak to a body shop and get the prices for just the panels etc off the car. They may be able to do it during down time for other jobs. They will very probably do a better job apply good paint and suitable lacquer after. The rear wheel arch is removeable so all parts can be supplied to the body shop either together or as funds allow. Your replacements panels are not black then. Always the case you want a specific colour to save painting , buy what you can get then shortly after the correct colour becomes available.

I will try to find some local body shop.
Unfortunately I couldn't find or didn't search hard enough for the ebony black. The wing actually black but it's fender black by the description the ebony black would have cost me twice as much. Only the rear wheel arch is blue. I just need to find a rear bumper in great condition.

I already have the parts wing, wheel arch and the two wheel arch liners.
Unfortunately both wheel arch liners and wheel arches are broken. Also the rear bumper been ripped of and slight damage on the front bumper. The headlight holder on the slam panel also broken so I gonna need a new slam panel. At least no structural damage on the car. Icy road and a awkwardly parked car on the roundabout.
