Doors in the back?

Maybe an odd question..
Anyone know if a front door (and back maybe) can fit in the back of an A2?
Got a breaker near me and replacement doors are cheaper than repair costs!

Pretty sure there are owners here that have posted picture of multiple items including doors in the back of the car. Best to remove the rear seat(s) to give the most space.

Suitably protect the doors and trim using thick blankets.

Dropped you a pm. Assumed it's my breaker you're referring to!

I'm sure we could manage a door fitting/removal session!

Take mine off and straight onto yours, then we'll just stick your old ones onto mine! Save you scrapping them.

Never done it before, but I imagine it's a 2 person job and can't imagine it'd take any more than a couple of hours...

Be aware that there are multiple revisions of the door connector design/layout, and that whole doors can therefore only be swapped between compatible cars.
In all other instances, the door wiring looms must remain with their original vehicle, and this task adds considerably to the complexity/time consumption of a door swap.

Cheers,

Tom

Doh!

Thanks Tom!

Nothing's ever that simple...!!

I presume visual inspection of the loom/connectors can quickly determine whether a straight swap is on the cards?

Cheers
