Drive Shaft Hub Nut Socket

I see there are a few of the multi-point type sockets out there on the market and wonder which is the correct one to suit the Audi A2 hub please.

36mm deep 12 point. About £8 on ebay

@Howey is correct for the socket for a new nut ( thin walled is best for clearance ). Be aware if the original nut is still fitted from the factory that you will need a 19mm Hex key / bit. All replacement nuts are 12 point 36mm

The nut must be replaced on reassembly and not reused.

Not for the 1.2Tdi. These still use the original nuts.

Yes @RAB I know the 1.2 still uses the hex nuts but the OP does not have a 1.2 tdi
