Evening,
I know the surrounds are still available from Audi Tradition. Not too expensive but the postage isn’t cheap if you’re only purchasing 1 item.
You could alternatively try the Volico Paint in Platinum, you’ll find the results quite impressive when I recoloured a fuse box lid/cover in Twist using their rattle cans. Have a look through the project OEM thread. Some clever masking of the black icons by cutting some insulation tape with a hole stamp (stationary paper hole stamp) might be a good idea.
There are new aftermarket window switches available online. Mainly eBay or Aliexpress. Someone like Steve @Birchall would be a good source of knowledge regards links to the correct parts.
