Drop links for moderately lowered cars

So I've had car lowered now for 2 years, and pro sport adjustable drop links fitted for 18 months of that period but have just had an advisory on one of them around slight ingress already. Very poor indeed IMO.

In normal height circumstances it would be a no brainer - Meyle HD - but lowered cars never quite as straightforward it seems.

I'm not buying pro sport drop links again for obvious reasons so does anyone have a good recommendation for moderate lowered (3cm) cars?

Thanks

Hiya Scott

You are on 25mm springs now aren’t you?

If so, Meyle HD should still be fine to use with that amount of drop

The silver Votex kitted one I had was using H&R 25/25 springs with Meyle HD drop links and I had no issues

Just had some fun installing the meyle hd's onto the car. Fitted both sides in under an hour then went for a test drive.

Initially sounded ok then on the straights the car sounded like a bag of bolts. Something fouling for sure.

Put old pro sport back on one side then another run with tingling noise now only coming from the side with meyle still on. Had to put slightly knackered pro sport adjustable back on again.

So looks like not compatible with weitec 30mm drop springs and sports suspension.

Despite not wanting to buy their rubbish is their any alternative to NOT buying another set of pro sport adjustable drop links?? :(

So strange that 5mm would make such a difference. I had no issues with HD’s on a 25mm drop.

Yup indeed wasnt expecting it...I even mentioned to rob at WOM and he said they'd be fine.

For sure bag of bolts noise now gone, however knocking from broken old drop link back!
