DTC / Fault Codes 19561 & 17957

So working on these two codes.

52 Reg tdi75

17957 -Boost Pressure Regulation Valve (N75): Open or short to ground. P1549-35-10- intermittent

19561 - Valve for intake manifold flap (N239): Open or short to ground. P3105-35-10- intermittent

I have checked both solenoids manually and electronically. both work alright. perhaps both connectors are dead or disconnected at the other end ? ??? am yet to test if they are supplying voltage but i doubt coz i supplied voltage from alternate source and they worked both off the bay and in situ.

Blown fuse? Location?

any thoughts?

Would have thought ground is always present so live power would activate them. In the case of the N239 it receives power when you turn the engine off, the power is then lost and the anti shudder valve returns fully open. N75 is more complex.

Ye I thought so but n239 is getting no signal ?
 
The only time N239 gets a signal is when you turn the ignition key off. Is there an issue with the ignition switch then, check the wiring to the solenoid from the diesel control unit.
