Fan Blower

My Fan blower has stopped working. I heard a squeak from it the past few days and it’s stopped working so I’m think it’s seized.
If I turn the fan to manual and put it to maximum the fan indicator in the Climate Control is going to max and and then minimum without any blowing from the motor.
I’ve got the glove box out and I’ve four of the screws out the top left one is hard to get to and I need a tool small enough to go through the hole in the dash.
One if the questions I have is how do I unplug the fan plug. I don’t want to force it.

I know this is probably easy but I’ve tried what I think and it looks brittle and don’t want to force it.

Squeeze these tabs together and lift connector off.

Thanks for that. That was my first thought but they seem “pushed in” already.
I’ve been following your guide for glove box removal and fan removal.
