Having had a lot of work done on my A2 last year after the plastic vanes in the inlet manafold siezed I now have the engine warning light on again!
This time I spent a weekend making a homemade VAG-COM style engine analyser and managed to get the fault code PO171 from the ECU.
A quick web search indicates the engine is running too lean and the engine cant adjust any further to compensate.
Before I go pulling the air meter and its associated pipework apart looking for a leak, has anyone else had a similar issue or any ideas on where to check 1st?
Any assistance would be greatfully appreciated.
